“Moments like these are incredibly meaningful for our family”
Garry and I would like to Thank You for the absolutely Wonderful Spring Fling you held tonight. It was the most fun we have had in a very long time and was such a joy to see the residents surrounded by so much warmth and happiness.
Seeing Garry smiling and engaged meant more to me than I can fully express. Moments like these are incredibly meaningful for our family, and they remind us how grateful we are for the care and attention you give each day.
It was clear how much effort went into making the event special. All the food Chef Wendall and his team served was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and want for nothing. The entertainer kept the music going and succeeded in filling the dance floor (even Garry was up there with them!) It was such a heartwarming experience to meet the loved ones of Garry’s “friends” and to be able to now put faces to names.
Thank you again for creating such a special evening—not just for the residents, but for their families, as well. Most of all, we appreciate the kindness, hard work, and dedication the staff show every day. It truly makes a difference.

“They treat every resident with genuine respect and dignity.”
We couldn’t be happier with the care and atmosphere at this senior memory care community. The staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable about dementia care, which has been so important for our family. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, and they truly create a warm, welcoming environment.
I especially appreciate that they (Michelle and her staff) offer helpful webinars for families and caregivers, which provide insights into how to best support our loved ones. Each week, residents enjoy entertainment and live music—my mom loves it! Even when she chimes in during performances with her own “hip hop riffs,” the staff doesn’t just tolerate it, they compliment her and invite her to be part of the fun. The nurse in charge(Hannah) and her staff are also very knowledgeable and on top of her care and knows how to order the right DME to make my mom have comfort.
Most importantly, they treat every resident with genuine respect and dignity. That’s exactly what we were looking for, and we’re so grateful we found it here.

My mom, Gail, has been living at Chantilly Heights for over 3 years. While there have been a lot of changes at the home, one thing has stayed the same, the staff there are amazing! They are all kind, caring, and patient. They treat the residents like family members and it melts my heart every time I overhear an interaction between a resident and one of your staff members. Also, Susan and Luacretia are always able to make my mom smile, even when she’s having a tough day.
Thank you to you and all the amazing staff members for taking such good care of my mom! We feel truly blessed.
